Kolkata Chapter has been selected by the Award Committee for “Best Chapter Award” of all “A” grade Chapters in Region II. This year we have also won the “Best Newsletter( HARDCOPY ) Award ”. The award was received by ourteam at the 44th Annual Convention of Computer Society of India held at Puna during October 8- 10, 2009 .New Student Chapter was inaugurated at MCKV Engineering College, Liluah on 24th October. There was a whole day program organized by the students of the Institute in presence of Regional Student Coordinator (RSC Region -II) and other senior members from the CSI Kolkata Chapter.
