The Chapter in association with VTU and Department of Information Technology, Bio-Technology, Science and Technology, Govt. of Karnataka, organised a one day seminar for the benefit of placement officers and students of Engineering & Management Institutes.

The program began with welcome address by the Chairman of CSI-BC Mr. Raghavendra. Ms Sudha Raju introduced the Chief Guests. Key Note address was delivered by Dr.S.C.Sharma, Vice Chancellor, Tumkur University. Dr. Sharma shared some of his vital experiences during his 30 year career life.
Guest of Honour during the occasion was Mr.Venkat Kedlaya, Managing Director of Convergent India Ltd. Mr.Kedlaya shared the current employment situation in the industry.
